On Saturday, December 14, Jaylan McElroy, the former standout DePaul College Prep athlete, took the court in the Saint Leo Lions’ 96-to-88 loss to the Embry–Riddle AZ Eagles.

The 6′7″ freshman forward put up 21 points, eight rebounds and two assists in 29 minutes of action.

Up next for McElroy: on Friday, December 20 at 5:30 p.m., Saint Leo plays against the Ashland Eagles at home.
