On Wednesday, January 1, Jaylan McElroy, the former standout DePaul College Prep athlete, saw action in the Saint Leo Lions’ 80-to-70 win over the Barry Buccaneers.

The 6′7″ freshman forward put up 16 points, 10 rebounds and two steals in 35 minutes of action.

Up next for McElroy: on Saturday, January 4 at 4:30 p.m., Saint Leo plays against the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish at home.
