The United Church of Christ (UCC) National Ministries has welcomed a diverse group of new staff members, each bringing unique skills and enthusiasm to their roles. This development aligns with the church's commitment to the "One Staff, One Budget, One Mission" model, which includes some staff realignment to improve operational efficiency. A significant change involves the integration of the Center for Analytics, Research & Development and Data (CARDD) into The Ministerial Excellence, Support & Authorization team (MESA).

New positions have been established to meet current needs, such as a minister for board and council relations. This role will serve as a liaison to UCC colleges, universities, seminaries, and the Council for Racial and Ethnic Ministries. Several other positions are currently open for applications.
