Belmont Village Senior Living has been acknowledged for the fourth consecutive year with recognition from U.S. News & World Report. In 2025, 27 of its communities received the Best Senior Living designations and High Performing accolades. This marks a significant milestone as these recognized communities comprise nearly 80% of Belmont Village’s portfolio, indicating a 35% increase from previous years.
The CEO and Founder of Belmont Village Senior Living, Patricia Will, stated, “At Belmont Village, our unwavering commitment to excellence in senior living and resident-centered care remains our highest priority.” She added, “We are honored that a growing number of our communities have been distinguished by U.S. News & World Report this year, reflecting our dedication to innovation and the highest standards of care.”
U.S. News grants the “Best Senior Living” designation based on strict, data-driven standards which incorporate feedback from over 450,000 consumer surveys. Their evaluations cover safety, care, community management, staff performance, and other crucial aspects including value and amenities. The 2025 ratings assessed more than 3,800 senior living communities across the United States.
A significant factor in these rankings is addressing loneliness among seniors, often termed an “invisible epidemic” in America. U.S. News utilized the UCLA Loneliness Scale to evaluate social connectivity and its impact on senior health. According to research from the National Library of Medicine, nearly 70% of older adults in the U.S. report moderate to severe feelings of loneliness. In contrast, only 11% of residents in Belmont Village reported similar feelings, emphasizing their strong focus on promoting socialization and community well-being.
