The Cook County Department of Animal and Rabies Control (ARC) is organizing a free microchip clinic for pets. The event aims to help reunite lost pets with their owners by providing microchips for cats and dogs.
ARC representatives will be available to implant 75 microchips during the clinic. Pet owners are also encouraged to bring their already microchipped animals for a check-up. This service will allow owners to obtain the microchip number and verify that registration details are up-to-date.
The clinic is scheduled for Friday, June 6, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will take place at the Bridgeview Courthouse, located at 10220 S. 76th Ave., Bridgeview, IL 60455, specifically in the northern section of the parking lot.
