Belmont Village Senior Living has announced that Allyson Fujii, the Director of Memory Programs at Belmont Village San Jose, has been awarded the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) Excellence in Service Award. This award was presented during the 2025 CALA Spring Conference and acknowledges her significant contributions to memory care programming.
Fujii began her career at Belmont Village in 2013 as an Enrichment Leader, focusing on activities for residents with cognitive impairments. Over time, she advanced to her current role where she oversees care and programming for memory programs. Her work is noted for its innovative approach and dedication to enhancing the lives of residents, their families, and staff members.
