CyberNavigator tutors provide tech help across city libraries
Chris Brown Commissioner | Chicago Public Library

Computer assistance is now available through CyberNavigator technology tutors in various locations across the city. These tutors offer one-on-one sessions by appointment, lasting up to an hour.

They utilize Chicago DigitalLearn as a teaching resource, which features over 25 short interactive videos available in both English and Spanish.

The program receives funding from grants provided to the Chicago Public Library Foundation.

To enhance digital skills, individuals can schedule an appointment with a CyberNavigator at any of the listed locations. It is advised to call ahead to confirm availability and make an appointment.
