Belmont Village earns Great Place to Work certification for seventh consecutive year

Belmont Village Senior Living has been recognized as a Great Place to Work for the seventh time. The certification comes from the Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner, Activated Insights. This recognition highlights Belmont Village's commitment to creating an empowering work environment for its team members while promoting quality care for residents.

The certification process involved evaluating over 60 components of workplace experience across more than 30 locations of Belmont Village. The survey included aspects such as employee pride in community impact, belief in meaningful work, and feeling that their work has special meaning. Rankings were based on employees' experiences regardless of their job title or tenure.

Survey results indicated that employees consistently feel valued and connected at Belmont Village. Notably, 88% of respondents felt genuinely welcomed upon joining the company. Additionally, 87% believe their roles are more than just jobs and that their contributions matter. Team members also praised the sense of purpose in their work and highlighted Belmont Village's active role in community engagement.
