Mark Janka Principal | Jose de Diego Community Academy

Construction on the Labyrinth Lawn Project will begin Monday, August 18, on the closed section of Potomac Street, located to the south of Jose de Diego Community Academy. The school administration announced that this project aims to improve the shared outdoor area and provide an enhanced play space for students.

During construction, some inconvenience is expected. However, the administration expressed confidence in the project's long-term benefits. "While there may be a slight inconvenience during this time, we know that the final result will be worth it. This project will not only beautify our shared space but also create an even better play area for our students. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to improve our campus," according to a statement from school officials.

The playground and courts that were recently refurbished are expected to remain accessible throughout the construction period.
