Eric has been part of the Mcgaw YMCA staff for 16 years, working in several areas including Membership & Programs and Fitness. He currently serves as one of the Resident Program Managers.
Eric highlighted that his favorite aspect of his work is helping residents achieve independent living. "Helping residents realize their potential to succeed in life. I wanted to be a driving force in helping other men reach their goals," Eric said.
The organization is recognizing Eric for his long-term commitment to supporting others.
